This is the first time we ordered goods from Eurolots, while we look at restructuring our company post Covid-19. I must say we were extremely lucky to welcomed by Denitsa Atanasova, a formidable lady, who has been assigned as our point of contact and let's say our account executive. We could not have asked for a better person as we have received excellent support from her since the beginning. Her customer service delivery is certainly an example to follow. She has always attended to our queries with calm, know-how, pro-activeness and efficiency. This has driven us to place a 2nd order and we hope to continue this collaboration with Denitsa for many more orders and many more years.
